- Good written and spoken English skills
- Good written and spoken Russian skills
- Excellent written and spoken German skills
- University degree ideally in the field Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics & Supply Chain Management or comparable degrees
- Ideally work experience in the petrochemical industry
- High teamwork and willingness to travel
- Strong communication skills and customer focus
- Self-initiative and enjoyment of challenges
- Excellent Word and Excel skills
